Common use of Entire Business Clause in Contracts

Entire Business. Except for the Excluded Assets, the Acquired Assets, when utilized by a labor force substantially similar to that employed by the Seller Parties in connection with the Business, are adequate to conduct the Business in all material respects as currently conducted.
