Entire Agreements; Amendments. This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, supersedes any and all prior agreements, understandings and arrangements between the parties hereto regarding the subject matter hereof, and is intended as a final expression of their agreement and a complete statement of the terms thereof, and shall not be modified except in writing signed by both parties.
