Common use of Entire Agreements; Amendments Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreements; Amendments. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding with respect to Executive employment by the Company, supersedes all existing agreements between Executive and the Company concerning such employment, and may be modified only by a written instrument duly executed by each of Executive and the Company.
