ENTIRE AGREEMENT, WAIVER OF BARGAINING. The terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement represent the full and complete understanding between the parties. This Agreement supersedes and cancels all previous agreements between the Board and the Association and constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties. Any amendment or agreement supplemental hereto shall not be binding upon either party unless executed in writing by the parties hereto. The parties acknowledge that, during the negotiations which resulted in this Agreement, each had the unlimited right and opportunity to make demands and proposals with respect to any subject or matter not removed by law from the area of collective bargaining, and that the understandings and agreements arrived at by the parties after the exercise of that right and opportunity are set forth in this Agreement. Therefore, the Board and the Association, for the duration of this Agreement, each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated, to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter referred to during such collective bargaining process, or any item covered specifically in this Agreement. This provision shall not, however, prohibit the parties from mutually agreeing to alter, change, add to, delete or otherwise voluntarily modify this Agreement in accordance with the first paragraph of this Article XVIII.
