Common use of Entire Agreement; Survival Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Survival. This Agreement contains the entire understanding and the full and complete agreement of the parties and supersedes and replaces any prior understandings and agreements among the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. The provisions of this Agreement shall survive the termination of this Agreement, or of Employee’s employment for any reason, to the extent necessary to enable the parties to enforce their respective rights.

Entire Agreement; Survival.
