This Agreement and the other Loan Documents constitute the entire agreement between the parties, supersede any prior written and verbal agreements between them, and shall bind and benefit the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns. There are no oral understandings, oral representations or oral agreements between the parties which are not set forth in this Agreement or in other written agreements signed by the parties in connection herewith.
