Common use of Entire Agreement; Integration Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Integration. This Agreement (i) constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and (ii) supersedes and preempts any and all prior and/or contemporaneous agreements and understandings, both oral and written, between the parties with respect to such subject matter.
