Common use of Entire Agreement; Conflicts Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Conflicts. This Agreement (including all attachments hereto) sets forth all of the promises, covenants, agreements, conditions and understandings between the Depositary and the Escrow Agent with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and undertakings, inducements or conditions, express or implied, oral or written. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any provision of this Agreement and a provision in any other document, the provisions of this Agreement shall control.
