Entire Agreement and Successors in Interest. This Settlement Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Plaintiff and the Defendant with regard to the matters set forth herein and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the executors, administrators, personal representatives, heirs, successors and assigns of each.
