Common use of Entire Agreement; Amendment Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Amendment. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties pertaining to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations and understandings of the Parties which relate to the subject matter of this Agreement. No supplement, amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing by the Parties, unless otherwise provided herein.

No modification or amendment of the terms and conditions herein shall be effective unless otherwise provided hereinmade in writing and signed by both Parties by their respective duly authorized signatories.

Entire Agreement; Amendment. 14 15 This Agreement (together with the Exhibits and Schedules hereto) constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties pertaining with respect to the subject matter contained herein and herein, supersedes all prior and contemporaneous oral or written agreements, representations commitments or understandings between the parties with respect thereto, and understandings cannot be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified except in a writing executed by each of the Parties which relate to the subject matter of this Agreement. No supplement, amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing by the Parties, unless otherwise provided herein.

Entire Agreement; Amendment. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties pertaining to the subject matter contained herein parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations representations, and understandings of the Parties which relate to the subject matter of this Agreementunderstandings. No supplement, modification or amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing by the Parties, unless otherwise provided hereinboth parties.

This Agreement sets forth and constitutes the entire agreement between understanding of the Parties pertaining hereto with respect to the subject matter contained herein hereof, and supersedes any and all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, premises, and representations and understandings of made by either party to the Parties which relate to other party concerning the subject matter of this Agreementhereof and the terms applicable hereto. No supplementThis Agreement may not be released, amendment discharged, amended, or modification of this Agreement shall be binding unless executed modified in any manner except by an instrument in writing signed by the Parties, unless otherwise provided hereinduly authorized representatives of both parties hereto.

This Agreement constitutes sets forth the entire agreement between the Parties pertaining relating to the its subject matter contained herein and supersedes all prior and or contemporaneous agreements, representations and understandings of warranties or representations, written or oral, between the Parties which relate relating to the subject matter of this Agreementhereof. No supplementmodifications, amendment additions or modification of this Agreement deletions shall be binding upon either Party unless executed accepted in writing by the Parties, unless otherwise provided hereinan authorised representative of each Party.

Entire Agreement; Amendment. This Agreement constitutes Agreement, together with the entire Collaboration Agreement, sets forth the complete, final and exclusive agreement and all the covenants, promises, agreements, warranties, representations, conditions and understandings between the Parties pertaining with respect to the subject matter contained herein hereof and supersedes supersedes, as of the Execution Date, all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations agreements and understandings of between the Parties which relate with respect to the subject matter of this Agreementhereof. No supplementsubsequent alteration, amendment amendment, change or modification of addition to this Agreement shall be binding upon the Parties unless executed in reduced to writing and signed by the Parties, unless otherwise provided hereinan authorized officer of each Party.

Entire Agreement; Amendment. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties pertaining to regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all prior oral or written agreements between the Parties regarding the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations and understandings of herein. This Agreement may not be modified or amended in any manner except by a written document executed with the Parties which relate to the subject matter of this Agreement. No supplement, amendment or modification of same formalities as required for this Agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing and signed by the Parties, unless otherwise provided hereinParty against whom such modification is sought to be enforced.

Entire Agreement; Amendment. This Agreement constitutes supersedes all prior discussions and agreements between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and contains the sole and entire agreement between the Parties pertaining and their Affiliates with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations and understandings of the hereof. The Parties which relate to the subject matter of this Agreement. No supplement, amendment or modification may amend any provision of this Agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing only by a written instrument signed by the Parties, unless otherwise provided herein.
