Common use of Enterprise Clause in Contracts

Enterprise. Xxxxxxx Controls and any other corporation, body corporate, company, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise of which Indemnitee is or was serving at the request of Xxxxxxx Controls or an Affiliate of Xxxxxxx Controls as a director, officer, secretary, trustee, general partner, managing member, fiduciary, board of directors’ committee member, employee or agent.

Enterprise. Xxxxxxx Controls and any other corporation, body corporate, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise of which Indemnitee is or was serving at the request of Xxxxxxx Controls or an Affiliate of Xxxxxxx Controls Tyco Management as a director, officer, secretary, trustee, general partner, managing member, fiduciary, board of directors’ committee member, employee or agent.
