Internet Connection In order to ensure the proper functioning of the Production Monitor and the Consumption Monitor, if possible, you must provide the Solar System with continuous access to a functioning broadband internet connection with one (1) wired Ethernet port and standard electrical outlet, at your cost. If you are unable to provide the Solar System with an internet connection in accordance with the foregoing sentence, the Home must be located in an area with cellular service that is acceptable to us in our discretion.
Foreign-Owned Companies in Connection with Critical Infrastructure If Texas Government Code, Section 2274.0102(a)(1) (relating to prohibition on contracts with certain foreign-owned companies in connection with critical infrastructure) is applicable to this Contract, pursuant to Government Code Section 2274.0102, Contractor certifies that neither it nor its parent company, nor any affiliate of Contractor or its parent company, is: (1) majority owned or controlled by citizens or governmental entities of China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, or any other country designated by the Governor under Government Code Section 2274.0103, or (2) headquartered in any of those countries.
Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CBB chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CBB’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CBB to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG.
Internet Connectivity School must provide sufficient hardline internet connectivity and the required network configurations (provided in Exhibit A) for each Pixellot System to allow live broadcasts. PlayOn will provide the point-to-point wireless internet base station (“Point to Point”) when needed to deliver hardline internet connectivity to Pixellot Systems installed in outdoor venues; provided that PlayOn is able to select the make and model of the Point to Point system. In the event that School requests, or requires, a specific Point to Point system that is different from what is provided by PlayOn, then School must provide and install the Point to Point system at its own expense.
Trunk Group Connections and Ordering 5.2.1 For both One-Way and Two-Way Interconnection Trunks, if Onvoy wishes to use a technically feasible interface other than a DS1 or a DS3 facility at the POI, the Parties shall negotiate reasonable terms and conditions (including, without limitation, rates and implementation timeframes) for such arrangement; and, if the Parties cannot agree to such terms and conditions (including, without limitation, rates and implementation timeframes), either Party may utilize the Agreement’s dispute resolution procedures.
Cross Connection For a collocation arrangement, the facilities between the collocating Party’s equipment and the equipment or facilities of the housing Party (such as the housing Party’s digital signal cross connect, Main Distribution Frame, or other suitable frame or panel).
Internet Use 7.1. Customer is prohibited from posting or transmitting unlawful material on or via the Internet or the World Wide Web.
Electrical connections Equipment requiring electrical connections for operation shall either be hard wired to the Authorized User's provided connections or the Contractor shall be responsible for a male electrical union. All connections shall be made by the Contractor and accomplished in accordance with National Electrical Code requirements. Indirect Network Connection 64.8.1 For purposes of this Agreement, Indirect Traffic means traffic which is originated by one Party and terminated to the other Party in which a third party ILEC’s Tandem switch both provides the intermediary Transit Service and serves CenturyLink’s NXXs. Indirect Network Connection for Indirect Traffic is intended only for de minimis traffic associated with CLEC “start- up” market entry into a CenturyLink local exchange. Therefore Indirect Network Connection will be allowed only on routes between CenturyLink End Offices and a CLEC switch in instances where, and only so long as, none of the POI thresholds set forth in Section 64.4.2 have been reached.
