Enterprise Edition. (i) Where Mainframe Express Enterprise Edition (all versions and editions including earlier versions such as Mainframe Express) is the Licensed Software, Mainframe Express Enterprise Edition may only be used for development purposes. Licensee may not use Mainframe Express Enterprise Edition for production purposes nor utilize or access any of the Mainframe Access portions of the Licensed Software from any Licensed Software product licensed separately, unless the Licensor product, Mainframe Access, has also been separately licensed from Licensor, in which case, the Mainframe Access product included as part of Mainframe Express Enterprise Edition may be installed on the number of host (mainframe) machines needed to support the number of authorized end-users of Mainframe Express Enterprise Edition.

Enterprise Edition. The Enterprise Edition package has three (3) available options, (i) Essential Client user license, and (ii) Professional Client user license, and (iii) Team Client user license. Software feature and functionality differs between packages and increases incrementally as packages are upgraded to the next level. With the Enterprise Edition, you have the option to select web-based or desktop Client installation without charge. Personal Edition Client Licenses are included with the desktop Client option.

Enterprise Edition. RTI may assign all rights and obligations set forth in this Agreement with respect to the Enterprise Edition, including without limitation the rights set forth in Sections 2.2(a)(ii), 2.4, and 3 to a third party, provided that: (i) the assignee acquires and agrees in writing to abide by all of the rights, obligations, and restrictions set forth in this Agreement with respect to the Enterprise Edition, (ii) RTI does not retain for itself or any third party any rights in or to the source or object code for the Enterprise Edition; and (iii) the third party assignee is not an Intuit Competitor.

Enterprise Edition. This Agreement enters into force at the date written in the Invoice (the “Effective Date”). The term of this Agreement is written in the Invoice (the “Term”). This Agreement is terminated on the day of expiration of the Term. Your rights shall automatically and immediately extinguish without any prior notice from RCDevs if You fails to comply with the provision of this Agreement and at the expiration date of this Agreement.

  • Business Travel, Lodging, etc Employer shall reimburse Executive for reasonable travel, lodging, meal and other reasonable expenses incurred by him/her in connection with his/her performance of services hereunder upon submission of evidence, satisfactory to Employer, of the incurrence and purpose of each such expense and otherwise in accordance with Employer’s business travel reimbursement policy applicable to its senior executives as in effect from time to time.

  • Continuity of Business Enterprise Except as set forth on Schedule 3.4, and except as contemplated by this Agreement, there has not been any sale, distribution or spin-off of significant assets of the Company or any of its Affiliates other than in the ordinary course of business within the two (2) year period preceding the date of this Agreement.

  • Business Continuity Plan The Warrant Agent shall maintain plans for business continuity, disaster recovery, and backup capabilities and facilities designed to ensure the Warrant Agent’s continued performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including, without limitation, loss of production, loss of systems, loss of equipment, failure of carriers and the failure of the Warrant Agent’s or its supplier’s equipment, computer systems or business systems (“Business Continuity Plan”). Such Business Continuity Plan shall include, but shall not be limited to, testing, accountability and corrective actions designed to be promptly implemented, if necessary. In addition, in the event that the Warrant Agent has knowledge of an incident affecting the integrity or availability of such Business Continuity Plan, then the Warrant Agent shall, as promptly as practicable, but no later than twenty-four (24) hours (or sooner to the extent required by applicable law or regulation) after the Warrant Agent becomes aware of such incident, notify the Company in writing of such incident and provide the Company with updates, as deemed appropriate by the Warrant Agent under the circumstances, with respect to the status of all related remediation efforts in connection with such incident. The Warrant Agent represents that, as of the date of this Agreement, such Business Continuity Plan is active and functioning normally in all material respects.

  • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • Partnerships, Etc To enter into joint ventures, general or limited partnerships and any other combinations or associations;

  • Business Continuity Registry Operator shall maintain a business continuity plan, which will provide for the maintenance of Registry Services in the event of an extraordinary event beyond the control of the Registry Operator or business failure of Registry Operator, and may include the designation of a Registry Services continuity provider. If such plan includes the designation of a Registry Services continuity provider, Registry Operator shall provide the name and contact information for such Registry Services continuity provider to ICANN. In the case of an extraordinary event beyond the control of the Registry Operator where the Registry Operator cannot be contacted, Registry Operator consents that ICANN may contact the designated Registry Services continuity provider, if one exists. Registry Operator shall conduct Registry Services Continuity testing at least once per year.
