Enterprise Agreement Consultative Committee. 4.6.1 An Enterprise Agreement Consultative Committee will meet biannually or as required to monitor the implementation of this Agreement and assist in the resolution of any concerns or issues arising from the implementation of this Agreement. Membership of the committee will consist of four (4) Employer representatives and two (2) representatives from each of the unions party to this Agreement.
Enterprise Agreement Consultative Committee. 1.9.1 The consultative structure for negotiating this Agreement and resolving concerns and/or disputes arising from the operation of the enterprise bargaining process is the Enterprise Agreement Consultative Committee (EACC).

Enterprise Agreement Consultative Committee. The Consultative Committee shall provide for equal representation of both ICC management and employees and shall not exceed twelve (12) members. Employee representatives should come from a cross-section of work sections and/or the Unions who are a party to this Agreement. Once formed, the Enterprise Agreement Consultative Committee will determine the date, time, place and frequency of meetings. The Consultative Committee will meet every three (3) months at a minimum. The Committee will monitor the effective implementation of this Agreement. Matters in respect of this Agreement which have been dealt with by the Grievance and Dispute Settlement Procedure at Clause 9 may, if appropriate, be referred to the Consultative Committee.
Enterprise Agreement Consultative Committee. Provision to be made for re-election of Enterprise Agreement Consultative Committee, each 12 months. Current committee members may nominate for and be re-elected to new committee. The UWU shop xxxxxxx will be a member of the consultative committee. The parties will review the consultative process within the Company and assess whether any changes are necessary to improve the operation of the consultative committee and current methods of communication within the Company.
