Enrollment Preferences. The School shall not impose enrollment preferences, except as provided for in Exhibit A (Educational Program) or otherwise approved by the Commission.

You may not request an expedited review of covered healthcare services already received.

  • Maximum Enrollment The maximum number of students who may be enrolled in the school shall be 440 students, with annual per-class and overall enrollment caps as outlined in the approved Charter attached as Appendix C.
