Common use of Enrollment Fees Clause in Contracts

Enrollment Fees. Except as otherwise provided in the CI for certain types of Participants such as grazing lessees, or if In-Kind Contributions will be provided in lieu of Enrollment Fees, each Participant will be responsible for paying an Enrollment Fee for the first three years of enrollment. If the Participant opts out of the CCAA before the end of three years, the Participant is still responsible for three years of Enrollment Fees.
