Enrichment Activities. Buildings will use the funds for the purpose of compensating staff for accepting additional responsibilities for student centered extended learning opportunities or “zero hour” programs and assignments developed through the site consensus process. There will be $35 per FTE student at grades K-6 and $17.50 per FTE student at grades 7-12 for enrichment activities. For the 2019-20 and 2020-21 school years, these amounts shall be adjusted by the inflationary adjustment index used by the state in revenue formulas for certificated instructional staff, currently the implicit price deflator (IPD). Any funds not used in the year they are allocated will be carried forward to the following year by adding it to the District wide amount available for this purpose. For those assignments or responsibilities that will be compensated, the compensation will be paid at the extra service hourly rate.

Enrichment Activities. Xxxxxx Lakeside at Reeds Landing offers a wide variety of activity programs, including but not limited to:  Exercise programs  Musical performances  Current affairsWellness programsArts and crafts projects  Cooking and baking  Games  Intellectual events and stimulation  Social gatherings  Movies  Reminiscences  Weekly shopping trips and rides  Trips to various places of resident interest Activities are offered from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week. A minimum of four hours of scheduled programming is offered each day. Scheduled activities are augmented by spontaneous and individualized interactions 24 hours a day.

  • High Risk Activities 1. The Software is not fault-tolerant and is not designed, manufactured or intended for use or resale as on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of the Software could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage ("High Risk Activities"). Syncro and its suppliers specifically disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for High Risk Activities.

  • RESEARCH MISCONDUCT If this Agreement involves basic, applied, or demonstration research in a field of science, medicine, engineering, or mathematics, including but not limited to, research in economics, education, linguistics, medicine, psychology, social sciences, statistics, and research involving human subject or animals, this Agreement incorporates by reference DEAR 952.235-71 Research Misconduct (July 2005).

  • Co-Curricular Activities G. The enrollment of the student of employees who reside outside the District shall be subject to School Board Policy 3.02(3)f, Out-of-County Students.

  • Activities Except with the prior written consent of the Board, Executive will not during his employment with the Company undertake or engage in any other employment, occupation or business enterprise, other than ones in which Executive is a passive investor. Executive may engage in civic and not-for-profit activities so long as such activities do not materially interfere with the performance of his duties hereunder.
