Engine Runups. Except to the extent that noise restrictions of any governmental authority having jurisdiction thereover may preclude or limit the same, Lessee shall have the right to conduct engine runups at the Premises, and/or the nonexclusive right in common with others, to conduct engine runups on the Airport at such location or locations as Authority may designate from time to time for such purposes, in reasonable proximity to the Premises on the Airport, and subject to the reasonable rules and regulations of Authority.
