Engine Records. For each Engine:
Engine Records. No later than the 10th day of each calendar month during the Term, Lessee shall deliver to Lessor a written report setting forth the following information for the previous calendar month:

Engine Records. (FOR EACH ENGINE) Each status summary shall be in the English language and be certified by operator's Quality Control or Quality Assurance as being an accurate representation of engine status at transfer. - Time and Cycles since new - Time and Cycles since performance restoration on each engine module - Flying hours and cycles in Lessee's operation 2 Airworthiness Directive Applicability and Compliance Report 4 List of Operator Modifications Incorporated, if any including supporting documentation with Manufacturer approval and JAA/FAA Type Certificate conformity, as applicable 5 List of all Major Repairs and Alterations, if any 8 Accessory Status sheet with certified TSO for each rotable item installed 9 Last shop visit JAA Form I/FAA form 8130-3 or equivalent serviceable tag (or copies) for each of the accessory rotables and last JAA Form I/FAA form 8130-3 or equivalent overhaul tags (or copies) for each of the accessory rotables with a hard-time overhaul requirement 127 10 Repair, overhaul and inspection documents including JAA Form I/FAA form 8130-3 for each shop visit (minimum acceptable is shop visit history through last performance restoration shop visit and if different, last overhaul of each module)

Engine Records. (for each Engine) □ Each status summary signed and dated on the final page by the Lessee’s Quality Manager (or its designated representatives) and all content pages initialed. □ Certified statement as to the following: o time and Cycles since new o time and Cycles since overhaul on each Engine module o Flight Hours and Cycles in Lessee’s operation LATAM MSN [_____] -16- o Engine Master Record (record of installation and removal and accumulated Flight Hours and Cycles for each Engine and each module installed at the Redelivery Date) □ List of Operator Modifications Incorporated, if any, including supporting documentation with Manufacturer approval. □ List of all Major Repairs and Alterations, including supporting documentation, if any. □ Check/Inspection Status □ Accessory Status sheet □ Last overhaul/repair tags (or copies) for each of the accessory rotables, as applicable □ All, Repair, overhaul and inspection documents such as EASA Form 1, FAA Form 8130-3 or equivalent, for each shop visit. □ List of current Line Replaceable Units (LRU)/QEC Items missing from each Engine (if applicable for a spare Engine redelivery or off-wing Engine). □ Engine Condition Monitoring Report for the three (3) months prior to redelivery □ Reason for last Engine removal, engine change paperwork and date of Engine removal □ Redelivery certified Engine borescope (videotaped or in CD) □ Most recent fuel, oil sampling, magnetic chip detector and vibration survey results, as applicable □ Most recent on-wing ground performance run specifying Engine OATL (outside air temperature limit) at rated thrust □ Last certified Test Cell Run specifying Engine OATL □ Manufacturer delivery documents (Data Submittal or Inventory item listing) to the extent provided at Delivery. □ Statement of Engine Oil used □ Any incidents during operation since last performance restoration shop visit with action taken i.e. IFSD/FOD/oil loss etc.
