ENGINE COMPANIES i. STATE shall reimburse COUNTY for engine companies when used on a State Responsibility Area (SRA) wildland fire within the COUNTY’S SRA Protection Areas (CPA) in accordance with criteria for determining reimbursement eligibility as outlined in the STATE/COUNTY Exhibit G, Operating Plan of this Agreement.

  • Parent A parent, legal guardian or person in parental relation to the Student.

  • Business Auto Liability The automobile liability insurance provided by the Contractor shall conform to the requirements hereinafter set forth:

  • -wire ADSL-Compatible Loop This is a designed Loop that is provisioned according to Revised Resistance Design (RRD) criteria and may be up to 18,000 feet long and may have up to 6,000 feet of bridged tap (inclusive of Loop length). The Loop is a 2-wire circuit and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR.

  • Insurance Companies Insurance required hereunder shall be in companies duly licensed to transact business in the State of Washington, and maintaining during the policy term a General Policyholders Rating of ‘A-’ or better and a financial rating of ‘IX’ or better, as set forth in the most current issue of “Best’s Insurance Guide.”

  • Parent Access To the extent required by law the LEA shall establish reasonable procedures by which a parent, legal guardian, or eligible student may review Education Records and/or Student Data correct erroneous information, and procedures for the transfer of student-generated content to a personal account, consistent with the functionality of services. Provider shall respond in a reasonably timely manner (and no later than forty five (45) days from the date of the request or pursuant to the time frame required under state law for an LEA to respond to a parent or student, whichever is sooner) to the LEA’s request for Student Data in a student’s records held by the Provider to view or correct as necessary. In the event that a parent of a student or other individual contacts the Provider to review any of the Student Data accessed pursuant to the Services, the Provider shall refer the parent or individual to the LEA, who will follow the necessary and proper procedures regarding the requested information.

  • Parents e. Adjudicated delinquents, as defined in Wis. Stat. §938.02(3m).

  • SCRUTINIZED COMPANIES A. By executing this Agreement, the Contractor/Sub-Recipient certifies that it is eligible to bid on, submit a proposal for, or enter into or renew a contract with the County for goods or services pursuant to Section 287.135, Florida Statutes.

  • Student and Parent Access Access by students or parents/guardians to the Provider’s programs or services governed by the DPA or to any Student Data stored by Provider shall not be conditioned upon agreement by the parents/guardians to waive any of the student data confidentiality restrictions or a lessening of any of the confidentiality or privacy requirements contained in this DPA.
