Engagement with Stakeholders. This is also likely to result in positive effect on the Academic Reputation, Employer Reputation and Attractiveness for Faculty and Students. We are aware that we need to do lot more to engage with industry, Government and society to refine the questions we need to focus more on as well as to collaborate in a multi-way exchange of knowledge. We intend to deepen our engagement with stakeholders in multiple ways: Industry • Efforts have been made by the University in the past towards forging University-Industry interaction. In fact, the University of Delhi has such a Cell. There are many examples of the collaboration between the University of Delhi and Industry. Some of the examples are as follows: o Xxxxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxx is conceived to emphasize on Development of Product and IP creation in the ESDM sector. This incubation centre has incubated 6 early stage startups, with a few more in the process of on-boarding. o Department of Physics (High Energy Group) with Bharat Electronics Ltd., Bangalore for fabrication of silicon detectors and with Micropack Ltd., Bangalore for fabrication of foils for detectors. o Department of Physics (Material Science Group) was involved in technology transfer of the prototype Surface Plasmon Resonance Measurement System with Optiregion, Delhi. • We intend to further strengthen an Office dedicated to technology transfer, trademark licensing, sponsored research, and industry partnerships. The University will hire a technology-licensing manager for identifying and working with companies that will rapidly and effectively develop university produced technology into useful products available to the public. o Start-Up Opportunities: This Office will also work with entrepreneurs interested in starting up companies based on University-licensed technology. o Industry Research Sponsorship: grants or contracts from industry which fund research at the University representing a commitment by both sides to collaborate in investigating an area of mutual scientific interest. This will provide exciting opportunities to faculty and students as also open up new sources of financing. o University Corporate Affiliates Programmes: The University will set up a University Corporate Affiliates Programme to encourage mutually beneficial interactions between the University and its industry counterparts. Engagement with Stakeholders. It was key to have the support of key stakeholders from health and social care staff and also leaders from the local community to define the change required and create the vision for change. Stakeholders supported this through their participation in the Option Appraisal Exercises, Achieving Excellence Design Evaluation Toolkit AEDET and Design Statement workshops. This will ensure that the vision is shared, is communicated to all who will be impacted by the change and the support from those who have an emotional commitment to the services provided in their community. Further detailed information on the engagement and involvement with stakeholders completed to date, and proposed throughout the programme is included at section 7.
Engagement with Stakeholders. Development of this IA is the result of a significant stakeholder involvement process undertaken over nine months during 2017. The engagement process involved clinicians, other staff, patient groups, patient representatives and the Scottish Health Council (SHC). To help inform this involvement process, a Stakeholder Analysis was undertaken and is enclosed as Appendix C. Engagement with Stakeholders. The Designated Body will carry out its lead commissioning role in collaboration with the local authority, the CCG and other partners through the joint commissioning arrangements. The Designated Body will be responsible for ensuring that it complies with its obligations to enter into active and meaningful engagement and consultation with such stakeholders and partners as are required by legislation and appropriate codes of governance. The Designated Body will also support the Other Partner to comply with its own such obligations in such manner as shall be agreed by the Health and Social Care Partnership Board..

In addition to the Stakeholder Group, NHS Highland are liaising with community stakeholder groups in the Lochaber region through: • Regular newsletters available by email and other formats • Monthly Short update videos, from the project team • Documents and meeting notes available on the NHS Highland website • Articles in the local newspaper, at important stages in the design process During the development of the Initial Agreement, in June/July 2021 NHS Highland undertook surveys from patients and members of staff currently using services, to collate and consider their experiences of using services in Lochaber. The output from these surveys will help the project team to understand how services are working now, to better understand patient and staff views on which areas are working well and where things could be better. The feedback will help people working on developing plans, to understand the challenges, as well as what will be needed for the new building and will be used alongside other information collected, to inform plans for the new hospital. This stakeholder engagement includes groups which include young people, people affected by mental health, disabled people and people who live in supported accommodation, people who have migrated here from another country, and homeless people.   • Coordinators The contractor shall assign coordinators as needed to coordinate At-Sea Monitor deployment and provide At-Sea Monitor support services. The coordinator shall be designated as key personnel under this contract (per section H.8). All coordinators are required to maintain current At-Sea Monitor Certification. Ensure that all key personnel attend any refresher trainings for At-Sea Monitors. For a specific job description see Section J, Attachment 2, Labor Category Classifications and Job Descriptions.

  • Providers Services performed by a provider who has been excluded or debarred from participation in federal programs, such as Medicare and Medicaid. To determine whether a provider has been excluded from a federal program, visit the U.S. Department of Human Services Office of Inspector General website (xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/) or the Excluded Parties List System website maintained by the U.S. General Services Administration (xxxxx://xxx.xxx.gov/). • Services provided by facilities, dentists, physicians, surgeons, or other providers who are not legally qualified or licensed, according to relevant sections of Rhode Island Law or other governing bodies, or who have not met our credentialing requirements. • Services provided by a non-network provider, unless listed as covered in the Summary of Medical Benefits. • Services provided by naturopaths, homeopaths, or Christian Science practitioners.

  • NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSES Definitions

  • Engagement The Company hereby engages the Consultant, and the Consultant accepts engagement by the Company, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

  • Clients in this context, clients are people who are dependent upon the caring skills and services of the local authority, for example, the elderly, mentally infirm, those with mental or physical impairments. Clients in this context also include those whose needs are identified and catered for in settings such as schools and nurseries, that is, young children and school pupils dependent on the organisation for their educational and developmental welfare. Clients exclude internal authority customers (as in client departments) or external customers (for example, members of the public with planning applications), because neither are dependent on the local authority for their care and welfare. The exceptional needs of clients refer to those which are exceptionally demanding, not to those which are out of the ordinary.

  • IRO Engagement 1. CHSI shall engage an IRO that possesses the qualifications set forth in Paragraph B, below, to perform the responsibilities in Paragraph C, below. The IRO shall conduct the review in a professionally independent and objective fashion, as set forth in Paragraph D. Within 30 days after OIG receives the information identified in Section V.A.12 of the CIA or any additional information submitted by CHSI in response to a request by OIG, whichever is later, OIG will notify CHSI if the IRO is unacceptable. Absent notification from OIG that the IRO is unacceptable, CHSI may continue to engage the IRO.

  • Coordination The Parties shall confer regularly to coordinate the planning, scheduling and performance of preventive and corrective maintenance on the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Facilities.

  • Reliance and engagement letters Each Finance Party and Secured Party confirms that each of the Arranger and the Agent has authority to accept on its behalf (and ratifies the acceptance on its behalf of any letters or reports already accepted by the Arranger or Agent) the terms of any reliance letter or engagement letters relating to the Reports or any reports or letters provided by accountants in connection with the Finance Documents or the transactions contemplated in the Finance Documents and to bind it in respect of those Reports, reports or letters and to sign such letters on its behalf and further confirms that it accepts the terms and qualifications set out in such letters.

  • Cooperation and Coordination The Parties acknowledge and agree that it is their mutual objective and intent to minimize, to the extent feasible and legal, taxes payable with respect to their collaborative efforts under this Agreement and that they shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate and coordinate with each other to achieve such objective.
