Common use of Engagement of Consultant Clause in Contracts

Engagement of Consultant. Upon the terms and subject to the conditions contained in this Agreement, Company engages Consultant, effective as of the Effective Date, as a business consultant to provide the Services to Company; and Consultant accepts such engagement and agrees to provide the Services upon such terms and subject to such conditions.

As such, Consultant will familiarize himself to the conditions contained in this Agreementextent he deems necessary and appropriate with the business, Company engages Consultantoperations, effective as condition (financial and otherwise) and prospects of the Effective Date, as a business consultant Company and will provide consulting services from time to provide the Services to Company; and Consultant accepts such engagement and agrees to provide the Services upon such terms and subject to such conditionstime.

Upon (a) Company, for itself and on behalf of its Affiliates, hereby engages Consultant and Consultant hereby accepts such engagement to provide the services set forth on Schedule 1 attached hereto (the “Services”) to and for the benefit of Company and its Affiliates on the terms and subject to the conditions contained set forth in this Agreement, Company engages Consultant, effective as of the Effective Date, as a business consultant to provide the Services to Company; and Consultant accepts such engagement and agrees to provide the Services upon such terms and subject to such conditions.
