Common use of Engagement of Consultant Clause in Contracts

Engagement of Consultant. The Company hereby engages and retains Consultant to render to the Company the consulting services (the “Consulting Services”) described in paragraph 2 hereof for the period commencing on the date this Agreement is executed by both parties and ending twenty four months thereafter (the "Consulting Period").

Engagement of Consultant. This Agreement maybe extended upon mutual agreement of both parties for a six (6) month term (the “Extended Consulting Period”.)

The Company hereby engages and retains Consultant to render to the Company the consulting services (the “Acquisition Consulting Services”) Services described in paragraph 2 hereof and the Finder's Services described in paragraph 4 hereof for the period commencing on the date of execution and delivery of this Agreement is executed by both parties the Company and ending twenty four months five (5) years thereafter (the "Consulting Period").
