Common use of Enforcement of Security Clause in Contracts

Enforcement of Security. 7.1 Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default, the security hereby constituted shall become immediately enforceable and the rights of enforcement of the Chargee under this Charge shall be immediately exercisable upon and at any time thereafter for so long as such Event of Default is continuing and, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing the Chargee without further notice to the Chargor:
