Energy Tracking. Within ten (10) business days following Landlord’s written request therefor, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord copies of any invoices for utility services provided to the Premises and related information reasonably requested by Landlord in connection with the requirements of California Public Resources Code Section 25402.10, the corresponding regulations adopted by the California Energy Commission and provided in California Code of Regulations, Title 20, Division 2, Chapter 4, Article 9, Sections 1680-1684, and any supplemental and/or successor statute or regulations concerning the reporting of energy usage and efficiency relative to commercial buildings. Tenant acknowledges that any utility information for the Premises, the Building and the Project may be shared with third parties, including Landlord’s consultants and Governmental Authorities. In addition to the foregoing, Tenant shall comply with all applicable Laws related to the disclosure and tracking of energy consumption at the Premises. The provisions of this Section shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.

The provisions of this Section shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.

  • GOVERNMENT ENERGY OR UTILITY CONTROLS In the event of imposition of federal, state or local government controls, rules, regulations, or restrictions on the use or consumption of energy or other utilities during the Term, both Landlord and Tenant shall be bound thereby. In the event of a difference in interpretation by Landlord and Tenant of any such controls, the interpretation of Landlord shall prevail, and Landlord shall have the right to enforce compliance therewith, including the right of entry into the Premises to effect compliance.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • Energy Conservation Tenant shall not waste electricity, water, heat or air conditioning and agrees to cooperate fully with Landlord to insure the most effective operation of the Building's heating and air conditioning, and shall not allow the adjustment (except by Landlord's authorized Building personnel) of any controls.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Interconnection If Manager desires to interconnect a portion of the Service Area Network with another carrier and Sprint PCS can interconnect with that carrier at a lower rate, then to the extent permitted by applicable laws, tariffs and contracts, Sprint PCS may arrange for the interconnection under its agreements with the carrier and if it does so, Sprint PCS will xxxx the interconnection fees to Manager.

  • HORIZONR Gateway HORIZONR Gateway provides customers with the ability to (i) generate reports using information maintained on the Multicurrency HORIZONR Accounting System which may be viewed or printed at the customer’s location; (ii) extract and download data from the Multicurrency HORIZONR Accounting System; and (iii) access previous day and historical data. The following information which may be accessed for these purposes: 1) holdings; 2) holdings pricing; 3) transactions, 4) open trades; 5) income; 6) general ledger and 7) cash.

  • Staffing Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, NLCS will provide the services of the individual identified on the attached Schedule B, as may be amended from time to time by NLCS in its sole discretion (the “Chief Compliance Officer”), who shall be appointed by the Board as the Chief Compliance Officer for the Trust and each Fund of the Trust.
