Common use of Energy Efficiency Clause in Contracts

Energy Efficiency. The CONTRACTOR agrees to recognize mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency which are contained in the State Energy Conservation Plan issued in compliance with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (P.L. 94-163).

Energy Efficiency. The CONTRACTOR agrees to recognize mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency which are contained in the State Energy Conservation Plan issued in compliance with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (P.L. 94-94- 163).

Energy Efficiency. The CONTRACTOR agrees to recognize mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency which are contained in the State Energy Conservation Plan issued in compliance with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (P.L. 94-163165).
