Energy Conservation Measures. This project consists of the design and construction of energy conservation measures on the Springfield campus. The conservation measures could consist of, but are not limited to, upgrades to or replacement of components for the lighting, heating, air conditioning, temperature control, mechanical, energy management control, and domestic water. A guaranteed energy savings contract will be requested of the provider(s) so that guaranteed savings are in amount which are anticipated to be sufficient to pay the cost of that portion of the annual Installment Payments relating to this project. Energy Conservation Measures. The PMSA shall report conditions that are contrary to energy/water efficiency and shall recommend energy conservation measures, discovered during Scheduled Maintenance and when processing a DMO or IJO.
Energy Conservation Measures. 3.1 Performance of the Work ESP shall perform or cause to be performed the Work in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. The Work shall also include whatever is done by or required of ESP to perform and complete its duties under the Contract Documents, including but not limited to the following: the provision or furnishing of labor, supervision, services, materials, supplies, equipment, fixtures, appliances, facilities, tools, transportation, storage, power, permits and licenses required, and fuel, heat, light, cooling and all other utilities as required by this Agreement. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, ESP may request Owner to provide power, fuel, heat, cooling, or other utilities. Upon such request Owner may, in its sole and complete discretion, elect to provide such utilities at a price set by Owner, but Owner shall have no obligation to provide such utilities. If Owner elects to provide such utilities, ESP shall indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Owner against any damages, losses, or expenses arising from ESP’s use of Owner’s facilities or utilities at the Premises. No later than INSERT DAYS days after execution of this Agreement, ESP shall provide detailed drawings and specifications concerning the ECMs and associated equipment and materials, and all impacted areas of the Premises, for Owner’s review and comment. Such documents shall become the property of Owner without restriction. ESP shall make such reasonable modifications to the drawings and specifications as Owner may require. Upon Owner’s approval of the drawings and specifications, ESP shall proceed to provide ECM Submittals as set forth in Section 3.4. Owner’s approval of any drawings, specifications, or submittals shall not be evidence that such documents, and associated Work pursuant thereto, conform to the requirements of the Contract Documents, nor shall such approval relieve or diminish in any way ESP’s obligation to comply with the Contract Documents.

The 2021 task effort includes additional coordination work with Nexant and SRP related to energy conservation and power monitoring. Carollo investigated alternative energy generation, energy reduction, and automation opportunities at each plant. As part of this effort, Carollo identified energy conservation measures (ECMs) that reduce energy use in areas like process controls, lighting, pumps, and motors.

  • Energy Conservation The Contractor agrees to comply with mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency which are contained in the state energy conservation plan issued in compliance with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act.

Seller shall convey the requirement of this clause to its suppliers. Seller shall not deliver goods that contain asbestos mineral fibers.

  • Additional Resources The WLSC may establish workgroups that include other department representatives and/or subject matter experts. These subcommittees will conform with rules established by the WLSC.

  • Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity The Parties shall comply with the provisions of Schedule 5 (Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity).

  • Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Bank shall maintain and update from time to time business continuation and disaster recovery procedures with respect to its global custody business, which are designed, in the event of a significant business disruption affecting Bank, to be sufficient to enable Bank to resume and continue to perform its duties and obligations under this Agreement without undue delay or disruption. Bank shall test the operability of such procedures at least annually. Bank shall enter into and shall maintain in effect at all times during the term of this Agreement reasonable provision for (i) periodic back-up of the computer files and data with respect to Customer and (ii) use of alternative electronic data processing equipment to provide services under this Agreement. Upon reasonable request, Bank shall discuss with Customer any business continuation and disaster recovery procedures of Bank. Bank represents that its business continuation and disaster recovery procedures are appropriate for its business as a global custodian to investment companies registered under the 1940 Act.
