Energy Conservation. The Contractor agrees to comply with mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency which are contained in the state energy conservation plan issued in compliance with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act.
Energy Conservation. The Recipient agrees to, and assures that its Subrecipients will, comply with the mandatory energy standards and policies of its state energy conservation plans under the Energy Policy and Conservation Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 6321, et seq., and perform an energy assessment for any building constructed, reconstructed, or modified with federal assistance required under FTA regulations, “Requirements for Energy Assessments,” 49 CFR Part 622, subpart C.
Energy Conservation. Tenant shall not waste electricity, water, heat or air conditioning and agrees to cooperate fully with Landlord to insure the most effective operation of the Building's heating and air conditioning, and shall not allow the adjustment (except by Landlord's authorized Building personnel) of any controls.
Energy Conservation. The Port shall have the right to institute such reasonable policies, programs and measures as may be necessary or desirable, in the Port’s discretion, for the conservation and/or preservation of energy or energy related services, or as may be required to comply with any applicable codes, rules and regulations, whether mandatory or voluntary.

Energy Conservation. All Contracts except micro-purchases ($3,000 or less, except for construction contracts over $2,000) Contractor shall comply with mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency, stated in the state energy conservation plan issued in compliance with the Energy Policy & Conservation Act.
Energy Conservation. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Article 8 or in this Lease contained, Landlord may institute, and Tenant shall comply with, such written policies, programs and measures as may be reasonably necessary or required to comply with applicable codes, rules, regulations or standards.
Energy Conservation. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this ARTICLE 8 or elsewhere in this Lease, Landlord shall have the right to institute such policies, programs and measures as may be necessary or desirable, in Landlord’s discretion, for the conservation and/or preservation of energy or energy related services if consistent with similar programs instituted generally in first-class office buildings in Boston, or as may be required to comply with any applicable codes, rules and regulations, whether mandatory or voluntary.
