Endeavour to Assist the Municipality shall make it a term of any Development Agreement between the Municipality and owners of any future benefiting developments that such owners pay their proportionate share of such shared costs to the Developer and shall require payment of the same by such owners as a condition of the use of the Local Improvements or as a condition of the approval of any development applications. Such endeavor to assist shall remain in place for 10 years from the date of the Development Agreement (Reference paragraphs 17.6 and 17.11).

Endeavour to Assist. (a) The Municipality shall endeavour to assist the Developer in the recovery of Oversizing costs from adjacent developers and benefiting areas. The Municipality will endeavour to notify the developer of the adjacent land or benefiting area in writing. Upon notice of such intended development being sent by the Municipality, the Developer shall, within thirty (30) days, notify the Municipality in writing of any claims it has under this Agreement for recovery of Oversize costs with detailed calculations setting out the amount claimed by the Developer. Unless such notice has been delivered by the Developer to the Municipality, the Municipality shall not be required to request from the owners of adjacent lands the payment to the Developer of the Oversize costs attributable to the Lands intended to be developed.

Endeavour to Assist a) When the Developer, in order to facilitate servicing of the Lot XX, Block XX, Plan XX lands, is required to install underground utilities and/or surface improvements that are to be constructed along or beyond the boundaries of the development lands it is agreed that the Developer shall bear the costs of the servicing.

For the purpose of this article, peer assistance describes activities planned and implemented by the Consulting Teacher in collaboration with the Participating Teacher and the supervising administrator. The activities shall be designed to strengthen the Participating Teacher’s skill and expertise in accordance with the California Standards for the Teaching Profession in the following areas: mastery of content, instructional skills and techniques, alignment to District approved goals and objectives, classroom management, planning and designing lessons for all children, assessment of student progress toward established standards, appropriate learning environment.

  • Customer Assistance If any job requires that any aspect of the Services, such as Code implementation, be performed on Customer’s premises, Customer will supply Tealium personnel with such information, resources, and assistance as Tealium may reasonably request. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Tealium’s ability to successfully provide the Services in a timely manner is contingent upon its timely receipt from Customer of such information, resources and assistance as may be reasonably requested by Tealium. Tealium will have no liability for deficiencies or delays in the Services resulting from the acts or omissions of Customer, its agents, or employees or performance of the Services in accordance with Customer’s instructions. Without limiting the foregoing, Customer acknowledges and agrees that if Tealium is unable to deploy all of the Services specified in the Service Order as a result of delay attributable to Customer, then all set-up fees specified in the Service Order will be deemed earned by Tealium and payable by Customer, notwithstanding such delay in deployment.

  • Study Assistance An employee who is approved by Australia Post as a student to undertake a course of study or a short course of instruction may be granted reimbursement in full or in part of fees incurred for the course.

  • Mutual Assistance Each party shall assist the other in complying with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Legislation. In particular, each party shall:

  • Other Assistance Assist SBEs in their efforts to obtain bonds, lines of credit and insurance. (Note that the Agency has a Surety Bond Program that may assist SBEs in obtaining necessary bonding.) The Agency-Assisted Contractor or Contractor(s) shall require no more stringent bond or insurance standards of SBEs than required of other business enterprises.

  • Legal Assistance The Board shall give full support including legal and other assistance for any assault upon the employee while properly acting in the discharge of his/her duties.

  • Turnover Assistance Grantee will provide any assistance and actions reasonably necessary to enable System Agency or its designee to effectively close out the Grant Agreement and transfer the performance and obligations of the Grant Agreement to another Grantee or to System Agency if necessary. Grantee agrees that this obligation survives the termination, regardless of whether for cause or convenience, or the expiration of the Grant Agreement and remains in effect until completed to the satisfaction of System Agency.

  • Technical Assistance The State agrees to provide technical assistance regarding the State’s rules, regulations and policies to the Sub- Recipient and to assist in the correction of problem areas identified by the State’s monitoring activities.
