Endangerment a. I will refrain from any conduct that would interfere with University operations or endanger the health, welfare, or safety of other persons or myself.
Endangerment. Creating endangerment to the safety of employees, Subcontractors, or any other members of the public or of the Work.
Endangerment. [Party] shall notify DTSC’s Project Manager, immediately upon learning of any previously unknown conditions that endangers public health or safety or that poses an unreasonable risk to human health and safety or the environment.
Endangerment. If Franchisee conducts the business licensed by this Agreement so contrary to this Agreement and the Manual as to constitute an imminent danger to the public health.
Endangerment. Vessel Owner is responsible for the acts and inactions of Vessel Owner Parties causing injury or damage to other persons, piers or other Vessels; and Vessel Owner shall be responsible for ensuring that all such persons comply with the Marina Rules and Regulations and do not engage in disorder or indecorous conduct that might injure a person, cause damage to property or harm the reputation of the Marina and Licensor. Violation of the foregoing is cause for immediate removal of the Vessel in question from the Marina. Children and pets must he controlled by Vessel Owner to ensure the peace and privacy of other Marina guests.
Endangerment. Statements by either of us indicating an intent to harm another person or to commit irreparable harm to property, are not privileged. The Collaborative Law process may not be used to shield any party’s intent to commit a crime.
Endangerment bb. The above-described hazardous substances and pollutants and contaminants are contained in the waste rock and seeps in concentrations and quantities that may pose an imminent and substantial endangerment to the public health or the environment.
