End User Licenses. Customer agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of all end user license agreements accompanying any software or plug-ins to such software distributed in connection with the Service. All end user licenses shall immediately terminate on the date that the Service expires or is otherwise terminated.
End User Licenses. Certain Software Broadvoice provides to Subscriber may contain third-party software (“Third-Party Software”), including open source software. Use of such Third-Party Software may be governed by separate copyright notices and license provisions, which may be found or identified in documentation or on other media delivered with the Third-Party Software and which are incorporated by reference into this license. Such provisions shall govern the use of Third-Party Software. Subscriber agrees to comply with the terms of all end user license agreements accompanying any Software (including Third-Party Software) or plug-ins to such Software distributed in connection with the Service. All end user licenses shall immediately terminate on the date that the Service expires, or this Agreement is terminated.
End User Licenses. The Marketing Agent shall present an End User License to each potential Customer and shall cause all customers to execute an End User License prior to delivery or installation of the software. The Marketing Agent shall forward each executed End User License to Phoenix for acceptance and signature.
End User Licenses. Your license to the PRODUCT will be activated by license keys that allow use of the PRODUCT in increments defined by the license model purchased (“License Keys”). License Keys for other HEIMDALL products or other editions of the same PRODUCT may not be used to increase the allowable use for your edition of the PRODUCT. Note that the PRODUCT may disable itself upon the expiration of the License Key. In no event may a PRODUCT be used beyond expiration.
End User Licenses. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of all end user license agreements accompanying any software or plug-ins to such software distributed or used in connection with Internet Access.

As to each Dynamsoft Product which OEM distributes or sublicenses to an end-user customer (the "End User"), OEM shall secure the End User's consent to an End User License which provides that the End User shall use the Dynamsoft Product only under license terms which are substantially the same as Dynamsoft's end-user license agreement accompanying the applicable Dynamsoft Product (the "Dynamsoft XXXX").

Each present and future Territory License shall include an attachment containing end-user terms promulgated and/or approved by NAVTECH which, among other things, restrict use of the NavTech Data to licensed Applications ("End-User Terms"). LICENSEE shall provide each End-User, in a form and manner of presentation approved in advance in writing by NAVTECH, with a copy of the End-User Terms. NAVTECH reserves the right to amend and/or replace End-User Terms and the form and manner of presentation thereof after providing 90 days advance written notice to LICENSEE. In addition to the foregoing, LICENSEE shall provide each End-User with any and all legally required and otherwise necessary and appropriate training, instruction, warnings, disclaimers, and safety information.

All such agreements are incorporated in this Agreement by reference. When this Agreement terminates, all end user licenses also terminate; you agree to destroy at that time all versions and copies of all software received by you in connection with PHSI.
