End of Term Warranty. At the end of the Initial Term or at the end of a Renewal Term, should either you or Sunrun wish to end the Agreement, Sunrun will remove the Solar System at no cost to you and return the Home to a condition similar to its condition prior to installation of the Solar System, excepting ordinary wear and tear (including, but not limited to, wear and tear resulting from local weather conditions) and wear and tear that can be expected due to the presence of the Solar System on the Home for the 20-year term (including, but not limited to, uneven wear and tear and uneven discoloration).

  • Intellectual Property Indemnification by Vendor Procedures Related to Indemnification.   • Assignment Liability Indemnity Force Majeure Consequential Damages and Default Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the liability, indemnification and insurance provisions of the Transmission Operating Agreement (“TOA”) or other applicable operating agreements shall apply to the relationship between the System Operator and the Interconnection Transmission Owner and the liability, indemnification and insurance provisions of the Tariff apply to the relationship between the System Operator and the Interconnection Customer and between the Interconnecting Transmission Owner and the Interconnection Customer.

  • Authorization to Perform Services The Consultant is not authorized to perform any services or incur any costs whatsoever under the terms of this Agreement until receipt of a written Notice to Proceed from the City.

  • Contractor Warranty The Contractor agrees to the following representation and warranty: Should any defect or deficiency in any deliverable, or the remedy of such defect or deficiency, cause incorrect data to be introduced into any Customer’s database or cause data to be lost, the Contractor shall be required to correct and reconstruct, within the timeframe established by the Customer, all production, test, acceptance, and training files or databases affected, at no additional cost to the Customer.

  • Extended Warranty If the Quote includes an extended warranty, the extended warranty coverage period warranty will be for a 5-year term, which includes the hardware manufacturer’s warranty plus the 4-year extended term.

  • Customer Warranty Customer’s and its End Users’ use of the Services must always comply with all applicable Laws and this Agreement.
