Common use of End of Service Clause in Contracts

End of Service. “EOS”) You acknowledge that some of the Eligible Products may have a limited life span or commercial use for which Lenovo might not be able to provide the Services under this Agreement during the entire Term of this Agreement. For such Eligible Products for which Lenovo has announced the end of Services (“EOS”) Lenovo will provide the Services using its reasonable commercial endeavours. If Lenovo finds itself unable to provide Services and solve the problem for such Eligible Products, the relevant Eligible Product will be withdrawn from the Services under this Agreement without further obligations of the Parties.
