End of Season. Plots must be cleared and cleaned at the end of the growing season, October 30th . Renters who do not clean plots will lose first right of refusal for the plot the following year. Cleaned up means plot is ready for tilling, clean and level. All dead plants and weeds should be removed. All stakes, structures, materials must be pulled and removed from site. Cover crops may be left on cleared and level plots. Gardener Meetings Garden meetings will be held the 1st Thursday of each month, early evening (5:30 to 7:00pm), in the gardening season: May, June, July, August, September, and October. Workshops and work parties will be held intermittently throughout the season. Gardeners agree to attend at least two meetings and two work parties per season. Gardeners will be notified of their plot number on sign-up day, Saturday, April 18, 2015. Additional information will be available at the Annual Spring meeting which will be held Thursday, May 7th, 2015 from 5:30 to 7:00pm at Xxxxxx’x Landing Community Garden. The bulletin board is for garden business only, soliciting is not allowed. In the event of a warmer than usual fall, gardeners must first have preapproval to allow crops to remain after November 15th deadline. No minimum level of speed is guaranteed.

  • Scope of Service Interconnection Service shall be provided to the Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection (a), in the case of interconnection of the Customer Facility of a Generation Interconnection Customer, up to the Maximum Facility Output, and (b), in the case of interconnection of the Customer Facility of a Transmission Interconnection Customer, up to the Nominal Rated Capability. The location of the Point of Interconnection shall be mutually agreed by the Interconnected Entities, provided, however, that if the Interconnected Entities are unable to agree on the Point of Interconnection, the Transmission Provider shall determine the Point of Interconnection, provided that Transmission Provider shall not select a Point of Interconnection that would impose excessive costs on either of the Interconnected Entities and shall take material system reliability considerations into account in such selection. Specifications for the Customer Facility and the location of the Point of Interconnection shall be set forth in an appendix to the Interconnection Service Agreement and shall conform to those stated in the Facilities Study.
