As the sender of an EMT, you agree to create an effective EMT Answer and keep the EMT Answer confidential and not disclose it or share it with anyone but the intended recipient. YOU AGREE NOT TO INCLUDE THE EMT ANSWER IN THE EMT DETAILS OR ANY OPTIONAL MESSAGE THAT MAY ACCOMPANY THE EMT. You agree if you send an EMT, the Account will be debited as soon as you initiate the EMT and a notice will be sent to the recipient’s EMT Contact Information as provided by you. The notice will identify you as the sender, and disclose your contact information, the transfer amount, the name of the recipient, and that you are using the EMT Service. You acknowledge if you send an EMT, the Credit Union will hold the transfer amount until we receive notice the recipient has correctly provided the EMT Answer to successfully claim the EMT, or the EMT is cancelled or expired. THE CREDIT UNION WILL NOT PAY INTEREST ON THE TRANSFER AMOUNT FOR THE PERIOD OF TIME THE TRANSFER AMOUNT IS NOT IN YOUR ACCOUNT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED AT LAW, THE CREDIT UNION IS DEEMED TO HAVE A SECURITY INTEREST IN THE TRANSFER AMOUNT FROM THE TIME THE ACCOUNT IS DEBITED UNTIL THE RECIPIENT SUCCESSFULLY CLAIMS THE EMT OR THE EMT IS CANCELLED OR EXPIRED.   • EFT SERVICES If approved, you may conduct any one (1) or more of the EFT services offered by the Credit Union.

  • Project Management Services Contractor shall provide business analysis and project management services necessary to ensure technical projects successfully meet the objectives for which they were undertaken. Following are characteristics of this Service:

  • Development Services During the term of this Agreement, the Provider agrees to provide to or on behalf of the Port the professional services and related items described in Exhibit A (collectively, the “Development Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Provider specifically agrees to include at least one Port representative in any economic development negotiations or discussions in which the Provider is involved concerning (i) a port-related business prospect or (ii) a business transaction which will ultimately require Port involvement, financial or otherwise.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.

  • Inpatient Services Hospital This plan covers services provided while inpatient in a general or specialty hospital including, but not limited to the following: • anesthesia; • diagnostic tests and lab services; • dialysis; • drugs; • intensive care/coronary care; • nursing care; • physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapies; • physician’s services while hospitalized; • radiation therapy; • surgery related services; and • room and board. Notify us if you are admitted from the emergency room to a hospital that is not in our network. Our Customer Service Department can assist you with any questions you may have about your coverage. Rehabilitation Facility This plan covers rehabilitation services received in a general hospital or specialty hospital. Coverage is limited to the number of days shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits.

  • Internet Services Transfer Agent shall make available to Fund and Shareholders, through its web sites, including but not limited to xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (collectively, “Web Site”), online access to certain Account and Shareholder information and certain transaction capabilities (“Internet Services”), subject to Transfer Agent’s security procedures and the terms and conditions set forth herein and on the Web Site. Transfer Agent provides Internet Services “as is,” on an “as available” basis, and hereby specifically disclaims any and all representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding such Internet Services, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. Transfer Agent shall at all times use reasonable care in performing Internet Services under this Agreement.
