Employment Verification. To the extent records are available, verification of the Resource’s previous three (3) employer(s) within the five (5) years preceding the date of the check. Disqualifiers: Unable to reasonably verify, to the extent records are available, the Resource’s previous three (3) employer(s) within the five (5) years preceding the date of the check. False or misleading information (including by omission) submitted on an employment application or resume.
