Common use of Employment Term Clause in Contracts

Employment Term. The term of employment under this Agreement (the “Term”) shall commence on the Effective Date and end on the third anniversary of the Effective Date, subject to earlier termination as provided in Section 3 below. The Term shall automatically renew for additional twelve (12) month periods unless no later than ninety (90) days prior to the end of the applicable Term either Party gives written notice of non-renewal (“Notice of Non-Renewal”) to the other, in which case Executive’s employment will terminate at the end of the then-applicable Term, subject to earlier termination as provided in Section 3 below.

Employment Term. Employment Term. The Unless terminated at an earlier date pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the term of employment under this Agreement hereunder (the “"Employment Term”") shall commence be three (3) years, commencing on the Effective Date and end on date hereof (the third anniversary "Commencement Date"). This Agreement shall be automatically renewed for successive one-year terms unless either party provides written notice to the other party of the Effective Date, subject its or his desire not to earlier termination as provided in Section 3 below. The Term shall automatically renew for additional twelve (12) month periods unless no later than ninety (90) within 120 days prior to the end expiration of the applicable Term either Party gives written notice of non-initial term or any renewal (“Notice of Non-Renewal”) to term, as the other, in which case Executive’s employment will terminate at the end of the then-applicable Term, subject to earlier termination as provided in Section 3 belowmaybe.

Section 2(b) of the Existing Agreement shall be amended by replacing it in its entirety with the following:

The initial term of employment under this Agreement (the “Initial Term”) shall commence be for the period beginning on April 1, 2010, (the “Effective Date Date”) and end ending on (and including) the third first anniversary thereof, unless earlier terminated as provided in Section 3. The employment term hereunder shall automatically be extended for successive one-year periods (“Extension Terms” and, collectively with the Initial Term, the “Term”) unless either party gives written notice of non-extension to the other no later than sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the Effective Date, then-applicable Term and subject to earlier termination as provided in Section 3 below. The Term shall automatically renew for additional twelve (12) month periods unless no later than ninety (90) days prior to the end of the applicable Term either Party gives written notice of non-renewal (“Notice of Non-Renewal”) to the other, in which case Executive’s employment will terminate at the end of the then-applicable Term, subject to earlier termination as provided in Section 3 below3.

The Term shall automatically renew for additional twelve (12) month periods unless no later than ninety (90) days prior to the end of the applicable Term either Party gives written notice of non-renewal (“Notice of Non-Renewal”) to the other, in which case Executive’s employment will terminate at the end of the then-applicable Term, subject to earlier termination as provided in Section 3 below3.

Employment Term. The Term shall automatically renew for additional twelve one (121) month year periods unless no later than ninety sixty (9060) days prior to the end of the otherwise applicable Term either Party gives written notice of non-renewal (“Notice extension of Non-Renewal”) the Term to the other, in which case Executive’s employment will terminate at the end of the then-then applicable Term, subject to earlier termination as provided in Section 3 below3.
