Employment Report. On or before April 1 following the end of the Compliance Auditing Year, Owner shall provide the City with a report in a form reasonably acceptable to the City that sets forth (i) the total number of employees who held Jobs on the Land and who resided within the corporate limits of the City and (ii) the total number of employees who held Jobs on the Land and who resided in the Central City, all as of December 1 of the Compliance Auditing Year, together with reasonable documentation regarding the residency of such employees; and
