Employment Offer Letters. Employment offer letters with each of the individuals listed on Section 2.7(a)(vii) of the Disclosure Schedule, in the form provided by Buyer, duly executed by the applicable individual party thereto (the “Employment Offer Letters”)1;
Employment Offer Letters. The following shall have executed and delivered to Purchaser employment offer letters with Purchaser containing customary non-competition and non-solicitation provisions, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit E hereto (the “Employment Offer Letters”):

At least sixty-seven percent (67%) of the employees of Seller listed in Schedule 4.1(t), including substantially all of such employees reasonably agreed upon in writing by the parties prior to the Time of Closing as "key" employees, shall have entered into employment offer letters in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 6.3(d) and each of such employees accepting employment with Purchaser shall have executed Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreements in form reasonably satisfactory to Purchaser.
Employment Offer Letters. The following shall have accepted in writing a written offer of employment from Buyer in the form attached as Exhibit 7.1(f): Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, and Xxxxxx Xxxx.
Employment Offer Letters. The Company shall have delivered to Parent employment offer letters, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit H, executed by each of Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx X. X. Xxxxx.

The Company will use its reasonably diligent efforts to assist Parent in obtaining from each of the Identified Employees an employment offer letter, in a form to be individually negotiated by Parent and each Identified Employee (the “Employee Offer Letters”), which Employee Offer Letters will become effective upon the Effective Time of the Merger.
Employment Offer Letters. Within a reasonable time after Closing, Buyer shall deliver employment offer letters to the Transferred Employees in which Buyer agrees to grant each Transferred Employee, as a signing bonus, a number of additional paid time-off days equal to the accrued paid time-off days currently due to each Transferred Employee by the Seller.
