Employment of the Executive. The Corporation shall continue to employ the Executive, and the Executive shall serve the Corporation, as an officer of the Corporation in the position held as of the date hereof, on the terms and conditions and for the remuneration hereinafter set forth, or in such other position, or on such other terms and conditions or for such other remuneration as the parties hereto may subsequently agree. In such position, the Executive shall perform or fulfil such duties and responsibilities as the Board of Directors may designate from time to time and as are consistent with such position.
