Employment of Former WSDOT Employees. The CONTRACTOR hereby warrants that it shall not engage on a full-time, part-time, or other basis during the period of this AGREEMENT, any professional or technical personnel who are, or have been, at any time during the period of this AGREEMENT, in the employ of WSDOT without written consent of WSDOT.

Employment of Former WSDOT Employees. The MPO/RTPO hereby warrants that it shall not engage on a full-time, part-time, or other basis during the period of the Agreement, any professional or technical personnel who are, or have been, at any time during the period of the Agreement, in the employ of the STATE without written consent of the STATE.
Employment of Former WSDOT Employees. The RECIPIENT, and any contractor or subcontractor on the PROJECT, hereby warrants that it shall not engage on a full, part-time, or other basis during the period of this AGREEMENT, any professional or technical personnel who are, or have been, at any time during the period of this AGREEMENT, in the employ of the STATE, without the prior written consent of the person’s employing agency.

  • Employment of foreign nationals The Contractor acknowledges, agrees and undertakes that employment of foreign personnel by the Contractor and/or its Sub-contractors and their sub- contractors shall be subject to grant of requisite regulatory permits and approvals including employment/ residential visas and work permits, if any required, and the obligation to apply for and obtain the same shall always rest with the Contractor. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, refusal of or inability to obtain any such permits and approvals by the Contractor or any of its Sub- contractors or their sub-contractors shall not constitute a Force Majeure Event, and shall not in any manner excuse the Contractor from the performance and discharge it of its obligations and liabilities under this Agreement, and the Contractor’s liabilities hereunder shall remain unaffected by such failure, refusal or inability.

  • Student Employment (a) Students who are employed to backfill in a bargaining unit position shall be paid the bargaining unit rate and if so employed for more than ten (10) weeks will be a member of the bargaining unit.

  • Summer Employment 5.10.1 Summer employment is defined as temporary employment of employees during their non-contract days between the end of one school year and the beginning of the next school year in classifications covered by this agreement.

  • TEACHER EMPLOYMENT 8.1. The Board agrees to employ only those teachers who hold at least a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and are certifiable by the New Hampshire State Department of Education. This provision shall not apply in the instance where the availability of personnel is critical and an appropriate waiver is granted by the New Hampshire State Department of Education.

  • Project Employment 1. The Employer may appoint employees into project positions for which employment is contingent upon state, federal, local, grant, or other special funding of specific and of time-limited duration. The Employer will notify the employees, in writing, of the expected ending date of the project employment.
