Procurement of goods and services by the Secretariat for activities financed by the Trust Fund funds shall be made in accordance with the policies and procedures of the WMO. Procurement of goods and services for activities financed by the Trust Fund funds transferred to the Implementing Partners shall be made in accordance with the policies and procedures of the respective Implementing Partner as set out in paragraph 4.3 above.
