Common use of Employment of Consultant Clause in Contracts

Employment of Consultant. For and in consideration of the covenants herein contained, CONSULTANT hereby covenants and agrees as an independent contractor, to perform the services herein described with diligence and in a manner consistent with the level of care and skill normally exercised for such professional services in the State of Texas. CONSULTANT agrees to perform professional services in connection with the Project as set forth below, and CITY agrees to pay, and CONSULTANT agrees to accept, fees as set forth in this Contract as full and final compensation for all services performed under this Contract. If CONSULTANT is representing that it has special expertise in one or more areas to be utilized in this Contract, then CONSULTANT agrees to perform those special expertise services to the appropriate local, regional and national professional standards. CONSULTANT shall provide professional design and engineering services for Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Park Development- Phase II, being located within the City of Arlington, Tarrant County, Texas, and hereinafter referred to as the “Project.”

Employment of Consultant. CONSULTANT shall provide professional design and engineering services for Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Park Development- Phase IIdesign, engineering, surveying and development of construction documents trail improvements at River Legacy Park, being located within the City of Arlington, Tarrant County, Texas, and hereinafter referred to as the “Project.”

Employment of Consultant. CONSULTANT shall provide professional design and engineering services for Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Park Development- Phase IIthe preparation of “Emergency Action Plan” documents for the pond dams located within the Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Nature Preserve and Xxxx Xxxx Park, being located within the City of Arlington, Tarrant County, Texas, and hereinafter referred to as the “Project.”

CONSULTANT shall provide professional architectural, landscape architectural design services and engineering services preparation of construction documents for Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Park Development- Phase IIMineral well public plaza development at downtown Arlington, being located within the City of Arlington, Tarrant County, Texas, and hereinafter referred to as the “Project.”

Employment of Consultant. Employment of Consultant. CONSULTANT agrees to perform professional engineering services in connection with the Project as set forth below, and CITY agrees to pay, and CONSULTANT agrees to accept, fees as set forth in this Contract as full and final compensation for all services performed under this Contract. If CONSULTANT is representing that it has special expertise in one or more areas to be utilized in this Contract, then CONSULTANT agrees to perform those special expertise services to the appropriate local, regional and national professional standards. CONSULTANT shall provide professional design and engineering services to provide plans and construction documents for Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Park Development- Phase II, being the Parking Lot Renovations proposed for the Xxxxxx Xxxx Recreation Center located within the City of Arlington, Tarrant County, Texas, and hereinafter referred to as the “Project.”

Employment of Consultant. For and in consideration of the covenants herein contained, CONSULTANT hereby covenants and agrees as an independent contractor, to perform the services herein described with diligence and in a manner consistent with the level of care and skill normally exercised for such professional services in the State of Texas. CONSULTANT agrees to perform professional services in connection with the Project as set forth below, and CITY agrees to pay, and CONSULTANT agrees to accept, fees as set forth in this Contract as full and final compensation for all services performed under this Contract. If CONSULTANT is representing that it has special expertise in one or more areas to be utilized in this Contract, then CONSULTANT agrees to perform those special expertise services to the appropriate local, regional and national professional standards. CONSULTANT shall provide professional design and engineering services for Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Park Development- Phase IIthe preparation of construction documents for the Arlington Gateway Monuments along US Highway 287 and SH 360, being located within the City of Arlington, Tarrant County, Texas, and hereinafter referred to as the “Project.”

Employment of Consultant. For and in consideration of the covenants herein contained, CONSULTANT hereby covenants and agrees as an independent contractor, to perform the services herein described with diligence and in a manner consistent with the level of care and skill normally exercised for such professional services in the State of Texas. CONSULTANT agrees to perform professional services in connection with the Project as set forth below, and CITY agrees to pay, and CONSULTANT agrees to accept, fees xxxx as set forth in this Contract as full and final compensation for all services performed under this Contract. If CONSULTANT is representing that it has special expertise in one or more areas to be utilized in this Contract, then CONSULTANT agrees to perform those special expertise services to the appropriate local, regional and national professional standards. CONSULTANT shall provide professional design and engineering services for Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Park Development- Phase II, Erosion Control Projects being located within the City of Arlington, Tarrant County, Texas, and hereinafter referred to as the “Project.”
