Employment of Child Sex Offenders. XXXXX’S HOUSE INC shall at all times be compliant with the Criminal Procedure Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, Section 11- 722, and may not knowingly employ an individual who is a registered child sex offender to provide services on school property or property where formal or informal child care is provided. If a registered child sex offender is employed by XXXXX’S HOUSE INC, XXXXX’S HOUSE INC is prohibited from assigning that employee to perform any services as part of the program, or on the premises of XXXXX’S HOUSE INC.

Employment of Child Sex Offenders. Maryland Law requires certain child sex offenders to register with the State and with the local law enforcement agency in the county in which they will reside, work and/or attend school. Section 11-722(c) of the Criminal Procedure Article of the Annotated code of Maryland states, “A person who enters into a contract with a County Board of Education or a non-public school may not knowingly employ an individual to work at a school if the individual is a registrant. A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding five years or a fine not exceeding $5,000 or both.” If a child sex offender, as determined by the definitions contained in the Criminal Law Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, is employed by the Vendor, the Vendor is prohibited from assigning that employee to perform management, delivery, installation, repair, construction or any other type of services on any CCPS property, including the project property. Violation of this provision may result in Termination for Cause.

If a registered child sex offender is employed by HUMAN SERVICES PROGRAMS OF CARROLL COUNTY, INC, HUMAN SERVICES PROGRAMS OF CARROLL COUNTY, INC is prohibited from assigning that employee to perform any services as part of the program, or on the premises of HUMAN SERVICES PROGRAMS OF CARROLL COUNTY, INC.
Employment of Child Sex Offenders. GO-GETTERS shall at all times be compliant with the Criminal Procedure Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, Section 11-722, and may not knowingly employ an individual who is a registered child sex offender to provide services on school property or property where formal or informal child care is provided. If a registered child sex offender is employed by GO-GETTERS, GO- GETTERS is prohibited from assigning that employee to perform any services as part of the program, or on the premises of GO-GETTERS.
