Common use of Employment Law Matters Clause in Contracts

Employment Law Matters. (a) The Company (i) is in compliance in all material respects with all applicable laws respecting employment, employment practices, terms and conditions of employment and wages and hours; (ii) is in compliance in all material respects with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the employment of aliens or similar immigration matters; and (iii) is not engaged in any unfair labor practice, including, but not limited to, discrimination or wrongful discharge.

Employment Law Matters. (a) The Each of the Company and the Subsidiary (i) is in material compliance in all material respects with all applicable laws respecting employment, employment practices, terms and conditions of employment and wages and hours; (ii) is in material compliance in all material respects with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the employment of aliens or similar immigration matters; and (iii) is not engaged in any unfair labor practice, including, but not limited to, discrimination or wrongful discharge.

Employment Law Matters. (a) The Company (i) is in compliance in all material respects with all applicable laws Laws respecting employment, employment practices, terms and conditions of employment and employment, wages and hours; (ii) is in compliance in all material respects with all applicable laws , payment for overtime or vacation time, and regulations relating to the employment of aliens or similar immigration matters; matters except where such non-compliance would not have a material adverse effect on the Business or the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and (iii) the Company is not and has not been engaged in any unfair labor practice, including, but not limited to, discrimination or wrongful discharge.
