Common use of Employment Eligibility Clause in Contracts

Employment Eligibility. Consultant shall ensure that all employees of Consultant and any sub-consultant or subcontractor retained by Consultant in connection with this Agreement have provided the necessary documentation to establish identity and employment eligibility as required by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, any amendments thereto and all applicable labor laws in effect at the time of this Agreement. Failure to provide the necessary documentation will result in the termination of the Agreement as required by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
