Employment; Effectiveness of Agreement. Effective as of the Effective Date, the Company hereby employs Executive, and Executive hereby accepts such employment, according to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Such period of employment is hereinafter referred to as the “Employment Period”. The “Commencement Date” is the date that the Employee and the Corporation first executed an employment agreement regarding the Employee’s employment with the Corporation.
