Employment Duties and Obligations. Innovex hereby employs the Employee and the Employee accepts such employment on the following terms and conditions:
Employment Duties and Obligations. Executive Director is xxxxxx employed to serve as Executive Director and agrees to perform the services, duties and obligations required by this Agreement, the Superintendent or their designee, the applicable position description, applicable state and federal laws and regulations, and Board policies. In performing these duties, Executive Director shall report to the Superintendent or their designee. Executive Director shall give their exclusive professional services to the District during the period of this Agreement, and may be required to attend regular and special meetings of the Board, as directed by their supervisor. For their services to the District, they shall accept as full payment the compensation provided in this Agreement.

Board hereby employs Assistant Superintendent as the Assistant Superintendent of District, and Assistant Superintendent accepts employment as the Assistant Superintendent of District. In said capacity, Assistant Superintendent shall do and perform all services, acts, or things, necessary or advisable, to manage and conduct his/her duties. Without limiting the foregoing, the Assistant Superintendent shall perform the following duties: (Professional Growth) Endeavor to maintain and improve Assistant Superintendent's professional competence by a variety of means, including, without implied limitation, subscription to and reading of appropriate periodicals, and joining and participating in appropriate professional associations and their activities; (Credentials/Licenses) Obtain and maintain any licenses, credentials, certificates, permits and approvals of whatever nature that is legally required to fulfill Assistant Superintendent's obligations as the Assistant Superintendent of . (Assigned Other Duties) This is an agreement for the performance of professional services as Assistant Superintendent of District. In recognition of the purposes of this Agreement, the Assistant Superintendent shall not be assigned to any other position or have Assistant Superintendent's duties assigned to others without Assistant Superintendent's consent. No policy or bylaw of the District shall diminish the Assistant Superintendent's statutory or contractual authority. All duties assigned to the Assistant Superintendent by the Superintendent and Board shall be appropriate to and consistent with the professional role and responsibility of the Assistant Superintendent. The Assistant Superintendent shall be provided with such facilities, equipment, supplies, and clerical assistance as appropriate to the Assistant Superintendent's position and necessary for the adequate performance of the Assistant Superintendent's duties. The Assistant Superintendent will be provided with the appropriate technology that will assist the Assistant Superintendent in the performance of Assistant Superintendent's job duties and responsibilities. These are to include, by way of example but not by way of limitation, a laptop computer, or other personal communication appliance and internet access. Any personal use of the cellular telephone shall be reimbursed by Assistant Superintendent on a monthly basis or as otherwise outlined in district policies and procedures.
Employment Duties and Obligations. 2.1 The Company engages the Employee as an employee to provide the Services on an exclusive basis to the Company during the Term and the Employee agrees to provide the Services on the terms set out in this Deed.

Akam shall serve as Chief Operating Officer with such duties that are customarily associated with such executive positions and such other specific duties as assigned by American’s Board of Directors. Akam shall report to American’s Board of Directors. Akam understands and acknowledges that due to the nature of the executive management position, Akam shall be required to provide services as required during normal operational hours. Akam further understands and acknowledges that as part of Akam’s duties Akam will be required to interact with other staff members and support staff of American and will strive to achieve a functional working environment and assist and cooperate with other staff members and support staff to provide required, outstanding, fast food services Akam shall devote substantially all of his business time, attention and energy to the performance of Akam’s duties, subject to the above, and shall not engage in any other fast food business activity without the express written consent of American.

Communications and External Affairs is hereby employed to serve as Communications and External Affairs and agrees to perform the services, duties and obligations required by this Agreement, the Superintendent or their designee, the applicable position description, applicable state and federal laws and regulations, and Board policies. In performing these duties, Communications and External Affairs shall report to the Superintendent or their designee. Communications and External Affairs shall give their exclusive professional services to the District during the period of this Agreement, and shall attend all regular and special meetings of the Board, unless otherwise excused by the Superintendent. For Communications and External Affairs’s services to the District, they shall accept as full payment the compensation provided in this Agreement.

General Counsel is hereby employed to serve as General Counsel and agrees to perform the services, duties and obligations required by this Agreement, the Superintendent, the applicable position description, applicable state and federal laws and regulations, and Board policies. In performing these duties, General Counsel shall jointly report to the Superintendent and the Board of Education. General Counsel shall give their exclusive professional services to the District during the period of this Agreement, and shall attend all regular and special meetings of the Board, unless otherwise excused by the Superintendent. For their services to the District, they shall accept as full payment the compensation provided in this Agreement.

In said capacity, the Chief Business Official shall do and perform all services, acts, or things, necessary or advisable, to manage and conduct his duties.
