Common use of Employment and Non-Competition Agreements Clause in Contracts

Employment and Non-Competition Agreements. The employees of Target set forth on Schedule 5.17 shall have accepted employment with Acquiror and shall have entered into an Employment and Non-Competition Agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibits H-1, et. seq.

Employment and Non-Competition Agreements. The employees of Target set forth on Schedule 5.17 5.18 shall have accepted employment with Acquiror and shall have entered into an Employment and Non-Competition Agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibits H-1EXHIBITS G-1, et. seq.

Employment and Non-Competition Agreements. The employees of Target set forth on Schedule 5.17 5.14 shall have accepted employment with Acquiror and shall have entered into an Employment and Non-Competition Agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibits H-1D-1, et. seq.

The employees of Target set forth specifically identified on Schedule 5.17 5.13 shall have accepted employment with Acquiror and shall have entered into an Employment and Non-Competition Agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibits H-1, et. seqand substance reasonably satisfactory to each of Acquiror and Target.
