As such, Employer seeks to appoint a contractor to deliver a high level local content supply, deliver and install ceiling insulation (SPF and Ceiling boards) and electrical re-wiring of the Identified houses at up to 2100 houses at EZamokuhle not far from Hendrina Power Station in Mpumalanga.

Employer’s Objective. The employer’s objective is to acquire the professional services covered in all the disciplines that are described in this document for a period of 96 months from commencement of the contract, for the implementation projects. It is the intention of the Employer to use the successful Service Providers if and when required and the successful appointment under this contract does not guarantee any amount of work to be executed hereunder. Such payments shall be made by payroll deduction as a condition of continued exemption from the requirements of financial support to the Union and as a condition of continued employment.
